	SPRAYERS
Taking care of the usual main features of reliability and versatility of its sprayers, Nobili now offers new solutions that strengthen its leadership position.
ES “ELECTROSTATIC SYSTEM” FOR APPLICATIONS ON OKTOPUS SPRAYING MACHINES
The ideal system to increase the treatment covering and to reduce its waste on orchards and vineyards and at full field cultivation. NOBILI has conceived the ES “electrostatic system”, a kit to be used on spraying machines with integral control of the OKTOPUS range. By the use of the spraying modules, which are perfectly aimed and adjustable to the vegetal mass, a focused distribution of chemical product is granted both on orchards and vineyards (Standard and Stretto version), and on full field cultivation as well as on nurseries (Boom version). Through the electrostatic fields produced by electrodes mounted on each spraying module, the ES system gives an electrostatic charge to the chemical product drops so by treatments are attracted by the vegetal mass endowed by nature with opposite charge. Besides the high capacity of penetration into the vegetal mass that is typical of the OKTOPUS patented system, the union OKTOPUS-ES ensures also an optimal treatment covering together with a reduction of waste towards the ground and by drift. Years of studies and researches carried out in Italy by NOBILI, in collaboration with the University of Florence, have actually shown that the OKTOPUS range high performances are remarkably increased by the ES system, offering a relevant reduction of chemical product quantity per hectare, but above all more healthful plants and a reduction of risks for the operator and the environment.
	MULCHERS
Nobili Co. is also the leader with mulchers, developing new models to meet any job requirements, for both cultivated and unsown surfaces as well as gardening works.
Triturator BKE series
The continuous search for new solutions in agricultural mechanization and the direct contact with the end user has brought Nobili to realize this new series of mulchers. The BKE series comes of the intention to concentrate into one single machine a wide range of applications. Available in 120, 150, 180, 210 and 250 models, the BKE have working widths from 1225 to 2500 mm. All BKE models are available as rear or reversible version (except for BKE 120) and can be used for the upkeep of green spaces, the shredding of grass, leaves as well as vegetable residues between rows. Tractor-mounted machines that fit to the three-point linkage of the tractor lift, the new Nobili mulchers are equipped with a two-point-fixed linkage that can be also hydraulically shifted by the models with larger working widths. The gearbox of the BKE series is fitted with integrated free wheel ensuring the maximum safety by disengaging the tractor from the rotor inertial motion at the moment of the PTO disengagement. The working height is adjusted by wheels, roller or skids according to the ground conditions. Besides, the BKE mulchers have a large selection of interchangeable knives with different size and shape to meet a variety of work needs. The chassis with a new rounded and lowered profile affords a better machine performance when working between rows.
Triturator BK series
The Nobili range of mulchers has been widened by introducing the BK 230, 280 and 320 series with working widths respectively of 2301, 2792 and 3205 mm. The polyvalence certainly characterizes this range suitable to shred grass, leaves and vegetable residues between rows, at full field and for the upkeep of green surfaces as well. Tractor-mounted machines that fit to the three-point linkage of the tractor lift, the new BK are equipped with a rear-hinged hood also hydraulic on request, provided with safety and protection devices and adjustable to two positions. The shut position guarantees a finer cut product. The open position ensures the largest spread of the chopped product over a wider surface area. The BK 230 and 280 models have a two-point-fixed linkage as standard, also hydraulic upon request. The BK 320 model is equipped with a central-fixed linkage, available with quick coupling upon request. The models of the BK series are fitted besides with gearbox with integrated free wheel ensuring the maximum safety by disengaging the tractor PTO from the rotor inertial motion. The working height of the BK is adjusted by wheels, roller or skids according to the ground conditions. Triturator RMS series
The range of Nobili mulchers is enriched by the Triturator RMS 560 and RMS 820, a multi-purpose and robust series of mulchers, ideal for the shredding of straw, maize stubbles, sorghum, sunflowers, rice straw, cotton and set-aside maintenance. Tractor-mounted machines that fit to the three-point linkage of the tractor lift, the two mulchers are available in working widths of 5658 and 8217 mm, particularly suitable for contractor works. The rotors at 8 helical rows are fitted with interchangeable movable knives and over-dimensioned spherical roller bearings, which are endowed with specific devices to prevent the entering of dust and impurity. Manufactured in compliance with EC regulations, the RMS is fitted with gearbox with integrated free wheel and SFT PTO shaft of new generation. Supported by steering wheels and skids of big dimensions at work. The RMS 820 model is the biggest mono-frame mulcher over the world. Equipped with hinged hood to be hydraulically opened, rotor, pulleys and transmission with over-dimensioned belts that are provided with automatic belt tensioning system. Upon request, this model is available with road transport unit with a completely hydraulic drawbar setting as well as wheel support.
Triturator BPR series
Polyvalence and versatility are the main features of the new series of Nobili mulchers called BPR. The BPR range is available in three models: 240, 280 and 305 covering a working width from 2374 to 3034 mm. The machines can be connected to the three-point-linkage of the tractor, in front or rear position, thanks to the double hitch frame with hydraulic offset as standard. Unique machines of their own category, they are equipped with a rear-hinged hood ensuring a better spread of the chopped product and an easy access as well as maintenance of the cutting tools that provide the roller cleaning too. The BPR mulchers are ideal for the shredding of grass, bushes, prunings and wood, for wide green areas, pastures and set-aside maintenance. The particular position of the roller is another important feature of the BPR mulchers, providing at the same time the cutting improvement and the reduction of the power absorption. The gearbox is equipped with integrated free wheel, double input and dismantling guards as standard. Upon request, a gearbox with double crown, that keeps the output sense of rotation unchanged by any input sense of rotation, can be also fitted. The belt drive composed of over-dimensioned pulleys, an automatic belt tensioning system and an increased amount of toothed belts, is finalized to keep the power transmission to the rotor at the highest efficiency. Fitted with 8 rows of knives, the rotor can range a great choice of tools with different shape, size and hardness.
Triturator TBE-S series
The TBE-S 150 - 180 - 210 models are mulchers moved by a parallelogram arm with working widths of 1531, 1800 and 2144 mm. Multi-purpose and sturdy mulchers ideal to shred thin pruning wood and grass and for maintaining roadsides, meadows, parks and gardens too. The tractor movement beyond the lane edge makes it possible to work in a tilted position to upkeep embankments and ditches and also vertically to cut hedges. Tractor-mounted machines that fit to the three-point linkage of the hydraulic lift of the tractor. Supported by roller with removable ends in working position to adjust the working height. The rotor of large diameter is provided with interchangeable movable knives. The machines are endowed with a swinging cutting head to better follow the ground level. The arm, provided with anti-shock device, is composed by an integrated shock absorbers device that goes into action if the mulcher accidentally hits a fixed body minimizing the impact and any damages to the machine. The wear and tear metal sheet ensures to the machine chassis the maximum protection against wear. The range is provided with gearbox with overrunning clutch fitted outside the machine. This allows the mulchers to work in a shifted position as regards the tractor axle, holding a reduced PTO shaft angle to improve the machines performances and life.
