SPRAYERS
Taking care of the usual main features of reliability and versatility
of its sprayers, Nobili now offers new solutions that strengthen its
leadership position.

GEO
SERIES: NEW MODELS
GEO trailed mist blowers, already available
in the market in the 600, 1000, 1500 and 2000 liter tanks,
are now being enriched by some new modelsi:
- GEO 800
liter tank with 750 mm fans
- and, equipped with
double air outlet the SUPER models, GEO
90-1000T, 90-1500T and 90-2000T
This
solution, with the presence of a larger quantity of air
during spraying, enables the treatment to be more efficacious
where plants are more flourishing and very high.
Characterized by the latest technology, GEO range is synonymous
of optimization offering a new design for three independent
tanks and a new modern range of pumps and fans.
More in detail, GEO mist blowers in the SUPER version are
equipped with a 900 mm fan complete of an air corrector
which enables a better and regular air distribution.
Moreover these mist blowers offer the operator an high safety
standard and represent an optimum choice between value and
price.

IINTEGRAL
CONTROL SPRAYER OKTOPUS OTF
The development of Oktopus standard range resulted
in OKTOPUS OTF, the new trailed integral sprayer created by
Nobili to enable treatments on vineyard at alternate rows,
standing at 2,50 m in distance and 2 m maximum height.
Born to be used on French vineyard OTF is also suitable for
many plants in Italy, enabling to save considerable time when
spraying.
The unit is equipped with a special trestle which climbs the
row and permits to spray various rows at the same time.
According to the density of vegetation and the type of treatment
to carry out, it is possible to spray on two, three or four
rows, in one way.
Moreover OTF keeps all characteristics and advantages of OKTOPUS,
particularly the presence of 8 or 10 spouts, which ensure
a focused distribution of the product on vegetation.
Opening, closing, tilting and vertical regulation of the upper
spouts can be hydraulically carried out from the drive seat
of the tractor.
The sprayer is equipped with 3 separated polyethylene tanks:
the main one, the handwashing and the maintenance one.
The main tank is available in the size 800, 1000, 1500 and
2000 liters capacity.
The pump fitted on this unit, is an high pressure pump.

WEED KILLING
RANGE
 Besides
to the well known range of mist blowers for vineyards and orchards,
NOBILI includes also some special trailed and tractor mounted
units for weed killing.
The wide range of models, the broad availability of fittings together
with the possibility to connect these units to little tractors
are the leading factors of these machines. Geo and Professional
are included in this range.
With a capacity ranging from 400 to 800 liters, Geo tank is made
of polyethylene and can be supplied with separated or combined
handwashing set.
The tractor mounted unit for weed killing Geo, is manufactured
with a galvanized steel frame, it is equipped with an external
suction filter, exhaust valve, remote control set, low pressure
pump with a capacity from 135 to 160 liters per min., filler,
and 5 feeders per boom with straight filters.
This unit is arranged to be connected with 10-14 m length, self-leveling,
hydraulic boom for weed killing. It is also provided with a trestle
to adjust the height of this boom.
Professional range includes tractor mounted models, with tanks
from 600 to 1000 liter capacity and trailed models with tanks
from 1000 to 2000 liters.
In the tractor mounted models, standard fittings consist of galvanized
steel frame equipped with adjustable supports for the hydraulic
boom, tank made of polyethylene with three separated tanks, external
suction filter, exhaust valve, 6 way volumetric control set, low
pressure pump with a capacity from 160 to 250 liters per min.,
filler, 5 feeders per boom with straight filters, lifting frame
complete of hydraulic piston with blocking valve and hydraulic
system set with 7 levers and quick couplings.
Light and measured size tractor mounted Professional is arranged
to be connected with a self-leveling hydraulic boom, ranging from
12 to 16 meters length.
The main out-lines of trailed model Professional are represented
by an hot galvanized steel frame, equipped with steering drawbar
and short folding step ladder on the side, adjustable hubs, fiberglass
tank made with three different ones, external suction filter,
exhaust valve, 6 way volumetric control set, low pressure pump
from 160 to 250 liters per min. capacity, filler, 54 liter mixer
with washing bottles, 5 feeders per boom with straight filters,
lifting frame complete of hydraulic piston with blocking valve
and 7 lever hydraulic system with pump.
Also Professional trailed unit can fit a 12 - 18 m length hydraulic
boom equipped with self-leveling device.
Nobili Co. is also the leader with mulchers, developing new models
to meet any job requirements, for both cultivated and unsown surfaces
as well as gardening works.

RM
SERIES DEVELOPMENT
The RM mulcher series, with the models RM 210,
240, 280, 320 and 400, is being enriched and expanded with four
new models: RM 120, 155, 180 and 211 with working width from
1170 to 2076 mm.
Versatility is the characterizing element of this range, suitable
for cutting grass, leaves and crop remains, in vineyards and
orchards, in open field and for green areas maintenance.
These tractor mounted machines, fitted on the three-point linkage
of the hydraulic lift of the tractor, are equipped with a 8
row rotor. This special rotor offers several advantages, in
particular a more regular rotation with no vibrations, low power
requirement and an extended belts life.
The rear hinged hood, complete of safety and protection guards,
has two adjusting positions: when closed it ensures a recycle
of the shredded products for obtaining a more fine cutting,
when open it enables to spread the cut product on a wider area.
Some models have a fixed connection, others are available with
two fixed connecting positions or, upon request, with hydraulic
offset.
Moreover, RM models are characterized by a gearbox with built
in overrunning clutch, which ensures the maximum safety and
reliability, protecting the tractor from the inertial movement
of the rotor when the power take off is disengaged.
Working height adjustment by means of wheels, roller with removable
bottoms or side skids: wheels are suggested on dry, humid or
clayey grounds, but regular ones; roller suits for dry areas,
also on uneven fields; whereas skids are recommended when just
two supporting points are required, on compact grounds.
These new mulchers offer a wide choice of interchangeable knives,
of different size and shape, to satisfy different working needs. |
RENEWED
TB RANGE
With the aim of offering to its customers always
the best work quality, Nobili has developed and renewed the
TB range. This mulcher, suitable for green areas, for road side
maintenance and for cleaning of flood barriers and ditches,
is equipped with joint bearings and floating cutting head to
adapt to the unevenness of the ground.
Innovative accessories have been designed for this new TB range,
which is available in three models from 1460 to 2030 working
width:
Arm provided with anti-shock device
It is a shock absorber system integrated in the side arm, that
is operated in case of accidental impact against a rigid body,
reducing then the shock consequences and the possible damages
to the machine
Wear and tear metal sheet
It offers the maximum protection to the frame against wear and
external bodies impacts
Roller with removable bottoms
Time and money saving is guaranteed by the possibility to rapidly
and easily replace only the damaged or worn parts.
Double constant velocity pto shaft
It enables to increase the side movement of the mulcher from
the tractor, with an extended life and improved reliability
of the pto shaft even in hard working conditions, for intense
works or when operating at the maximum inclination.
Besides the side movement from the tractor, the TB range can
be hydraulically tilted up to the vertical position for hedge
cutting, or tilted downwards for ditches maintenance.
The whole range is provided with gearbox with built in overrunning
clutch. |

TRP
MULCHER WITH PICK-UP
Nobili develops and extends its mulcher range by introducing
the innovative TRP series, provided with pick-up.
Fitted to the three-point linkage of the rear hydraulic lift
of the tractor, the TRP, through the pick-up device picks up
the pruning remains, lifting and carrying them inside the mulching
chamber where they are cut and then put down on the ground.
This strong and sturdy mulcher is suitable for mulching pruning
residues on stony and irregular soils, when it results particularly
heavy to cut the product directly on the ground.
The 2200 rpm rotor makes it possible to reach high working speeds
and it is provided with hammers that offer an high quality cut,
even in the hardest working conditions.
The new mulcher TRP is available in the models TRP 95, 120,
145 and 175 with working widths from 956 to 1730 mm.
This range can be equipped with rear fixed or steering wheels
or with roller with removable bottoms. |
